BOOKINGS 

Please contact us via phone to make an appointment, bookings are essential for all our services. 

 

LATE ARRIVALS

Please contact us if you are concerned you may be late to an appointment and we can advise whether there will still be sufficient time to keep your appointment. Appointments may be rescheduled if a client is more than 10 minutes late.

CANCELLATIONS

We require at least 24 hours notice via phone call if a client can not make an appointment for any reason. If a cancellation is made with less than 24 hours notice, a 50% cancellation fee will be charged.

OCCUPATIONAL HEALTH AND SAFETY

Due to Occupational Health, Safety and Welfare unfortunately no children are allowed to attend any appointment.
